To celebrate the 113rd birthday of the Philippines, I ran the 21k with Team FNSLAW in the Independence Day Half Marathon Race in and around Fort Bonifacio. Just an easy run, with no personal record to break. Will reserve PR pace for the Manila Bay Clean-up Run on 17 July.
